Costs for gas, water and electricity are already included in the accommodation price.
A damage deposit of 100 EURO is required. This is to be paid by bank transfer. You will usually
receive a refund within 7 to 14 days after departure. The damage deposit will be refunded in
full by bank transfer after the accommodation has been checked and no damage has been
found.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. You can optionally book bed
linen and towels for a fee of 22.50 EURO per person up to 4 days before arrival at the
accommodation.
